Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced medical interventions. Duties:
- Perform family planning and physical examinations to assess patient conditions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Utilize aseptic technique to prevent infection and maintain patient safety
- Monitor vital signs, observe changes in patient conditions, and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment options
- Assist with procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and specimen collection
- Ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines
